We then identify candidates who meet these specifications. Working directly with pharmacy leadership (and HR/TA) we are able to ensure that our candidate's CV/resume gets in front of the hiring manager, and not lost in the shuffle of resumes from candidates who apply directly to the job posting.
When submitting a candidate for a specific career opportunity, we obtain an in-depth understanding of their motivation, qualifications, leadership style, and salary parameters. Our next step is to construct an executive summary of that information to coincide with the resume submittal. This allows our candidates to shine a little brighter in the eyes of our clients. Our job does not stop there! Working directly with hiring managers we are able to provide our candidates with direct client feedback after each stage in the interview process. Being on the same page throughout the interview process minimizes surprises at the end (or along the way).
